This Procurement Is Related To A Construction Project In Which The Old Concrete-Frame Parish Building Connected To The Kannelmäki Church (Total Area 1888 Brm2, Volume 6870 M M3) Will Be Demolished And A New Concrete-Frame Parish Center Will Be Built In Its Place (Total Area 1989 Brm2). In Connection With The Project, Technical Repairs Will Also Be Made To The Church Property (Total Area 804 Brm²). Construction Work Will Start In October-November 2026 And The Site Should Be Ready In Spring 2028. A More Detailed Description Of The Project And Schedules, List Of Tasks, Etc. The Construction Work Supervisor And Tate Supervisors Are Now Being Selected For The Project.
