Bids Are Invited For Public Health Building Renovation

Douglas County (¿Owner¿ Or The ¿County¿) Is Issuing This Request For Proposal (¿Rfp¿) To Solicit Commercial And Technical Proposals (¿Proposals¿) From Bidders (¿Respondents¿) For The Design, Permitting, Site Preparation, Expansion, And Remodel Of The Douglas County Public Health Center Located At 6770 Selman Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 (¿Project¿). Capitalized Terms In This Rfp, If Not Defined Here, Are Defined In The Agreement (Defined Below) For The Project.The Project Will Be Funded Through A Combination Of Cobb & Douglas Public Health Reserve Funds And Appropriations From The Douglas County Board Of Commissioners General Fund. The Design-Builder Shall Perform All Services In Accordance With All Applicable Federal, State, And Local Laws, Statutes, Regulations, Ordinances, Codes, And Permitting Requirements. The Design-Builder Shall Be Responsible For Obtaining And Maintaining All Permits, Approvals, And Licenses Necessary For The Design And Construction Of The Project, Unless Otherwise Expressly Identified In This Solicitation As The Responsibility Of The Owner. All Work Shall Comply With Applicable Douglas County Requirements And The Standards Of All Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
