The Police Headquarters Is A Relatively Dilapidated Building. It’S An Energy Drain That Costs The City Of Herstal A Lot Of Gas Each Year. In Addition, The Ventilation System Is Not Efficient And It Is Therefore Necessary, For The Good Of Users, To Renew It. Many Comfort Problems Have Been Reported By Users Of The Building. On July 3, 2023, The Municipal College Notably Indicated Its Agreement On The Introduction Of The Application For The Building As Part Of The Exceptional Ureba 2022 Call For Projects. On December 22, 2023, The Spw Energy Wallonia Informed The City That The Application Was Retained In The List Of Eligible Projects.
