The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Supply Of Construction Materials For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Kirkovo The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Price Offered By The Participant Must Necessarily Include All Costs For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. Deliveries Will Be Made After Receiving A Written Request, Sent By E-Mail Or Fax To The Address Specified By The Contractor, By An Official Authorized By The Contracting Authority, Within The Working Hours Established For The Contracting Authority. The Form Of The Request Will Be Drawn Up According To A Template Established By The Parties (Upon Conclusion Of The Contract). The Delivery Time Is No More Than 5 (Five) Working Days. Delivery Days Are Counted From The Day Following The Day Of The Request And Expire Until The End Of The Working Hours Of The Contracting Authority On The Relevant Day. Working Days Are Determined According To The Contractors Working Hours. Each Delivery Is Made With A Goods Receipt In Two Copies, One For Each Party.
