The Following Activities Are Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Subscription Support In The Bnb Of The Current Version, As Well As Of Each Update Of The Version Of The Information System With Licenses Document Management, Hereinafter Referred To As Information System (Is) Mixi For Brevity, In Configuration: Server M 2009; 100 (One Hundred) User Licenses - Version M 2009; Subscription Support Is Also Provided For Additionally Purchased Licenses; Initial Introductory Training To Work With (Is) Mixi Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority. Services For Design, Development And Implementation Of Improvements, Changes And Additions, Referred To For Short As User Improvements, (Functional) Development Of The System; Right Of Use Of The Assignor Of All Updates Of The Version Of The Mixi Is, In The Configuration According To Item 1, As Well As The Newly Purchased User Licenses According To The Order Of Item 4 Together With The Accompanying Documentation; Delivery Of New/Additional User Licenses - Version M 2009, After Receiving A Written Request From The Contracting Party. The Request Specifies The Quantity Of The New Licenses And The Period For Which They Should Be Delivered; 5. Conducting Training For Working With The Mixi Is For Employees Of The Contracting Authority Beyond What Is Specified In The Subscription Support, After Receiving A Written Request For This.
