The Subject Of The Order Includes Energy-Efficient Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Street Lighting Systems On The Territory Of The Village Of Velichkovo And The Village Of Zvanichevo - Pazardzhik Municipality, Through A Contract With A Guaranteed Result (Esco) And According To A Survey Report On The Energy Efficiency Of The Street Lighting System And A Technical Project, And Provides For The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Modernization Of Street Lighting Through Supply, Replacement And/Or Installation Of Street And Park Lighting Fixtures; 2. Introduction Of An Intelligent System For Control, Monitoring And Process Management Of Street Lighting, Delivery And Installation Of A Panel With A Controller To Each Street Lighting Panel. 3. Monitoring Of Electricity Consumption During Operation For The Duration Of The Contract; The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction, And The Specific Activities Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Public Procurement Is In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 71, Art. 72 And Art. 73 Of The Energy Efficiency Act (Eea). The Subject Of The Contract With A Guaranteed Result Is The Implementation Of Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of Outdoor Artificial Lighting Systems, And The Investments For The Implementation Of These Measures Are Paid According To The Contractually Guaranteed Level Of Energy Efficiency Improvement Or Another Contractual Criterion Related To The Energy Characteristics. A Contract With A Guaranteed Result Is Concluded After An Energy Efficiency Survey Of The External Artificial Lighting System - Object Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
