Vancouver Coastal Health (Vch) (The “Authority”) Has Issued This Request For Proposals (“Rfp”) For The Purpose Of Inviting Proposals From Qualified Consultants To Undertake The Services Described In Appendix ‘A’ To This Rfp (The “Services”) With Respect To F128-00 Vgh Jps Hawkey Replacement Spect-Ct (The “Project”).The Successful Proponent Will Act In The Capacity Of A Managing Consultant (Architect) For The Project, Including Engaging The Services Of All Sub-Consultants As Required To Provide Complete Consulting Services For The Project, Except That The Authority Will Engage A Professional Quantity Consultant. Services To Be Provided By The Managing Consultant And Sub-Consultants Will Include: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, And Code. More Information About The Project And The Services Is Set Out In Appendix ‘A’. Only Architectural Firms That Have Been Prequalified By The Authority For Projects Greater Than $1M Are Eligible To Respond To This Rfp.
