The Building Project Department Is Part Of The Building And Property Section, A Section Under The Finance And Organization Department. The Subject Group Leader Reports To The Section Leader And Is Part Of The Sections Management Group. The Specialist Group Consists Of 9 Project Managers And One Financial Adviser, And Is Responsible For The Implementation And Follow-Up Of The County Councils Construction And Investment Projects. The Section Is In A Development Process With Particular Emphasis On Clearer Project And Portfolio Management, Standardization And Better Reporting Of Finances, Progress And Risk. The Interim Manager Must Ensure Stable And Clear Management Of The Professional Group, Proper Management Of The Project Portfolio And Contribute To Further Development Of The Project Area Until A Permanent Manager Is In Place. The Professional Group Carried Out Over 100 Projects And Measures In 2025 And Activity Will Be High Going Forward.
