The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of The Dms Solution, Implementation And Configuration, Migration Of Existing Documents, Metadata And Files, Integrations With The Existing It Environment, Training And Knowledge Transfer, Management, Maintenance, Support And Further Development. The Solution Offered Must Connect To The Existing Information Provision Of The Uva And Hva And Provide Support For Document And File Management, Metadata, Workflows, Authorization, Retention Periods, Archiving, Destruction, Search, Audit Trail And Integrations With The Existing Microsoft 365 Environment. In Addition To The Quality Of The Solution And Services Offered, The Assessment Also Looks At The Implementation And Migration Approach, Future-Proofing, Security And Compliance And User Experience, Adoption And Self-Reliance. The Price Is Also Part Of The Assessment.
