The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of “Technical Assistance Services For The Implementation Of The Social Support Plan, Stage Support For The Conformation Of A New Neighborhood For The Fuerte Bulnes Housing Complex And For The Altos De Willa Massi Housing Complex.” The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Services Of The Social Area Registered In The Minvu Consultant Registries, Natural Or Legal Person, Who Develops The Social Support Plan, Support Stage For The Formation Of The New Neighborhood Of The Fuerte Bulnes Housing Complex, Code 179155 And Altos Willa Massi Housing Complex, Code 169628. The Role Of The Service Provider And His Or Her Professional Team Includes The Tasks Necessary To Strengthen Social Organization And The Linking Of Families With Community Networks, The Training Of New Owners And Co-Owners And The Supervision Of The Occupation Of Homes, Among Others. For The Correct Execution Of Social Support, The Service Provider Must Frame Their Work In Accordance With What Is Indicated In Resolution No. 1875, Of (V. And U.), Of 2015 And Its Modifications, Which Establishes The Procedures, Activities And Products That Are Required To Correctly Execute Said Plan For Each Housing Complex. In Order To Optimize The Organization Required By The Development Of The Social Support Plan, Support Stage For The Formation Of The New Neighborhood Of The Fuerte Bulnes Housing Complex, Code 179155 And Altos Willa Massi Housing Complex, Code 169628, A Serviu Official Will Be Appointed In Charge Of The Housing Operations Department, To Supervise The Correct Development Of The Activities And Finally Give Approval To The Work And Reports Presented By The Service Provider. This Tender Incorporates The Gender Perspective, Through The Promotion Of The Design And Implementation Of Services, Under Fundamental Methodological Criteria That Seek To Globally And Equitably Integrate The Experiences, Interests, And Needs Of Men And Women, In All Initiatives Of Any Type And Scope, Evaluate The Implications And Impacts Of Any Decision And The Decisions It Entails For Both, Guaranteeing Equal And Equivalent Benefit For Men And Women, Incorporating Both Sexes In The Management Of Achievements. The Social Support Plan For Each Housing Complex Will Be Carried Out In 4 Separate Areas For Each Housing Complex And Will Last 270 Consecutive Days.
