Bridge Construction Work – Enb Mlk-Brücke - B3. The Federal Republic Of Germany, Represented By The Lower Saxony State Authority For Road Construction And Transport (Nlstbv), Hanover Regional Division, Intends To Use This Tender To Award The Construction Contract For The Replacement Of The Bridge Over The Mittelland Canal, Along With Road And Path Construction Measures. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Demolition Of The Mittelland Canal Bridge As Part Of The Messeschnellweg (B 3), The Replacement Construction Of The Expressway Bridge (2 Tbw), The New Construction Of Two Wheel And Sidewalk Bridges At The Same Location And The New Construction Of A Retaining Wall South Of The Mlk On The Rifa Hannover As Well As The Construction And Dismantling Of The B 3 Bypass During Construction. In Connection With The Road And Civil Engineering Measures, The Noise Barriers And The Vz Bridge Are To Cancel. The New Construction Of The Lsw And The Vz Bridge Is The Subject Of Separate Contracts. The Overpassed Road (B 3) Is To Be Renewed From Construction Km 124+924 To Construction Km 125+493 And The Underpassed Paths Are To Be Adapted To The Changed Structural Situation. The Existing Structure Carries The Messeschnellweg (B 3) And Two Cycle Paths/Walking Paths Over The Mittelland Canal. The Canal Bridge With The Two Adjoining Cycle/Pavement Underpasses And The Noise Barriers Are Under The Road Construction Burden Of The Federal Republic Of Germany, Represented By The Lower Saxony State Authority For Road Construction And Transport (Nlstbv), Hanover Division. The Following Main Services Are To Be Provided As Part Of This Tender: - Clearing The Construction Site - Test Pile Loads - Setting Up Traffic Safety, Multiple Times (Road) - Setting Up The Diversion, Multiple Times (Cycle Paths/Walkways) - Dismantling/Demolition Of The Noise Barriers, In Partial Lengths - Creation Of The Construction-Era Bypass - Demolition Of The Existing Bridges - New Construction Of The Retaining Wall South Of The Mlk Next To The Rifa Hannover (In 2 Sections) - Dismantling Vz Bridge South Of The Mlk - Construction Of The Replacement Structures (2 Cycle/Pavement Bridges And 2 Tbw For B 3) - Road And Path Construction In The Construction Area The Work To Be Carried Out As Well As The Work To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Other Specialist Lots Must Take Place In Parallel And In Sections Corresponding To The Construction Phases. As Part Of The Construction Work, The Cross-Section Must Be Widened In Accordance With Standard Cross-Section 31 (Rq) Of The Guidelines For The Construction Of Motorways (Raa). To Achieve This, Both Carriageways (Rifa) Need To Be Widened. The Crown Width Must Be Adjusted Accordingly. At The Same Time, The Mlk Bridge Must Be Renewed According To The Widening And A Retaining Wall Must Be Built South Of The Mlk At Rifa Hannover. During The Construction Period, Various Traffic Routes Will Be Used To Ensure The Protection Of Everyone And At The Same Time Maintain The Traffic Flow. Additional Expenses And Difficulties Due To The Necessary Maintenance Of Public Transport Or The Different Traffic Phases/Routes As Well As Other Existing Obstacles (Including Road Equipment, Drainage Facilities
