This Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Stages: 3.3.1. Stage 1 - Execution Of The Task, Covering The Following Scopes: 3.3.1.1. Carrying Out Design Work - Preparing Exhibition Documentation And Preparing Approved Material Tests And Prototypes; 3.3.1.2. Execution Of Construction Works Together With Accompanying Conservation Works And Archaeological Research Based On The Design Documentation, Preceded By: 3.3.1.3. Preparation Of Photographic And Photogrammetric Documentation And 3D Scanning Of The Facade, Roof And Chimneys, As Well As Preparation Of State Of Preservation Registers As A Basis For Further Conservation Activities And Construction Works In Given Areas. 3.3.1.4. Preparation And Submission Of Photographic Documentation For A Given Scope To The Ordering Party Is A Necessary Condition For Commencing Works In This Scope. 3D Scanning Of The Facade, Roof And Chimneys Is A Necessary Condition For Starting Work On The Facades, Roof And Chimneys, Respectively. 3.3.1.5. Preparation Of State Of Preservation Registers Is Required, But The Deadline For Their Submission And Receipt Is Not A Condition For The Commencement Of Works. Registers Of The State Of Preservation And All Conservation Documentation, Including Photographic, Drawing, 3D Scanning And Descriptive Documentation, Are Subject To Preparation, Submission And Acceptance In Accordance With The Conservation Documentation Acceptance Schedule Specified In Annex M16. 3.3.1.6. Stage 4 - Conservation Of Movable Monuments Obtained During Archaeological Research, Conservation Works And Construction Works.
