The Needs For Synoptics For The Dsar: The Development Of A Standardized Representation Of Local Stations (Management Nodes, Pumping Or Pretreatment Stations) Has Multiple Advantages: - Facilitate The Understanding Of The Operation Of The Sites For New Arrivals - Facilitate Exchanges Between Field And Office Agents - Limit The Risk Of Confusion When Programming Interventions In The Networks - Facilitate Work With External Stakeholders Who Do Not Know The Installations Concretely, The Synoptics Will Respond To Several Uses And In Particular: -Provide A Unique Representation Of Each Structure, Which Will Be Used Both As A Supervision Background, And In The Operation Sheets, Documents Currently Being Developed Which Will Define, For Each Local Station, Its Mode Of Operation In All Situations (Dry/Rainy Weather, Low Water/Flood, Normal/Degraded Mode, Etc.) -Provide Training Support, For Saphyrs Pc Regulators Or Other Dsar Agents, Or Other Departments -On-Site Identification At Using Supports Posted Locally, Or Production Of Binders Which Will Be Made Available To Field Agents In Intervention Vehicles - Illustration In The Documents And Notes Developed By The Dsar Different Types Of Synoptics Different Types Of Synoptics Will Be Necessary For Each Work, Depending On Its Complexity, Its Criticality, And The Specificities It Presents: - Very Simplified 2D Synoptic For An Immediate And Global Understanding Of The Operation - More Elaborate 2D Synoptic To Fit Into Certain Details - Static 3D Synoptic: Frozen 3D Views From Educationally Relevant Angles - 3D Model: Computer File Which Allows You To Look At The Structure From Different Angles, To Generate Views (Sections, Plans, Etc.) According To Your Needs - Animated Synoptic: On A 2D Or 3D View, Symbolic And Dynamic Representation Of The Flows To Facilitate The Understanding Of The Most Complex Structures. A Homogeneous Rendering The Homogeneity Of The Renderings Is Important, To Ensure A Good Understanding Of All Those Involved, On The East And West Intervention Units, But Also At Central, For The Agents Of The Saphyrs Pc, The Methods And Scheduling Unit, Or For Partners From Other Departments Such As The Technical Department, Whose Projects Are Often Interfaced With The Dsar. Thus, All Synoptics Of The Same Type (Simplified 2D, 3D Etc.) Will Be Homogeneous For All The Works Represented. And For Each Work, Consistency Will Be Crucial Between The Different Synoptics Which Provide Different Levels Of Understanding And Detail. The Synoptics Project Will Be Managed By The Methods And Scheduling Unit Of The Dsar Operations And Maintenance Department. The First Market Made It Possible To Establish The Graphic Charter Common To All The Synoptics, And To Create The First Synoptics
