Refuse And Waste Related Services – Providing Services For Collecting Municipal Waste And Managing This Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Built In The Konopiska Commune. 4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Providing The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste And Managing This Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Built In The Konopiska Commune. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected On All Properties Inhabited By Residents Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Konopiska Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Transferred By Owners Of Properties Located In The Above-Mentioned Area. Communes Where Residents Live, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill As Part Of The Entrusted Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 4.3 The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Collection And Management Of The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Transferred By Owners Of Properties Located In The Konopiska Commune Where Residents Live, In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party, 2) Handling Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Waste Management Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Environmental Protection Requirements And The Management Plan Waste For The Silesian Voivodeship, 3) Striving, In Accordance With Art. 3B Section 1 And Art. 3C Section 1 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Implementing Regulations To The Above-Mentioned The Act, The Assumed Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use, Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill As Part Of The Entrusted Task, 4) Using Specialized Vehicles And Ensuring A Sufficient Number Of These Vehicles, Guaranteeing Timely And Qualitative Performance Of The Material Scope Of The Service, 5) Having A System For Monitoring The Location Of Vehicles And Providing The Ordering Party With Unlimited Access To This System, 6) Enabling The Ordering Partys Representatives To Comprehensively Control How The Service Is Performed By The Contractor, 7) Timely Submitting Monthly Reports And Reports Required From The Contractor In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 8) Equipping Waste Collection Points In Multi-Unit Buildings With The Necessary Collection Containers And Providing Property Owners With The Necessary Bags, 9) Managing The Collected Waste By Transferring It For Recovery Or Disposal In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law.
