The Subject Of The Contract Is Focused Mainly On The Reconstruction And Construction Modifications Of Selected Underground Floors Of The Kh Palace Building, The Implementation Of New Wellness And Balneology Operations, Technological Facilities And The Extension Of The Pool Hall, Including Related Construction, Technological And Landscape Modifications. The Project Represents A Strategic Investment In The Renovation And Development Of The Sliač Spa Area With The Aim Of Creating A Modern Treatment And Relaxation Center Respecting The Historical Value Of The Building, The Spa Tradition Of The Location And The Current Requirements For Wellness, Rehabilitation And Balneology Facilities. The Kh Palace Building Is A National Cultural Monument Registered In The Central List Of The Monument Fund Of The Slovak Republic. The Subject Of The Contract Includes All Design, Engineering, Construction, Assembly, Technological, Coordination And Related Activities, Supplies, Equipment, Materials And Work Necessary To Achieve A Complete, Functional, Safe And Operable Result Of The Work, Even If They Are Not Individually Explicitly Stated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or In The Bill Of Quantities, As Long As Their Need Objectively Results From The Procurement Documentation, The Function Of The Work Or From The Proper Professional Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.
