Třebová - Brno/Ostrava, 2Nd Stage - Construction Of Bts For 5G, Section Prague - Česká Třebová Is: A) Creation Of Project Documentation For The Permit For The Construction Of Transport Infrastructure (Dps), Which Specifies The Subject Of The Work To Such An Extent That It Can Be Discussed In The Planning Permit Procedure, Obtain A Valid Permit For The Plan (Construction Permit) According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Building Act), Including The Opinion Of The Notified Entity In The Phase Of Issuing The Planning Permit And The Maintenance Manual. B) Processing And Submission Of An Application For The Issuance Of A Planning Permit According To The Building Act, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Planning Permit. C) Preparation Of The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Railway Construction (Pdps), Which Elaborates And Defines The Requirements For The Construction In Details That Specify The Subject Of The Work, Taking Into Account The Specific Products, The Technologies Supplied, The Technological Procedures And The Production Conditions Of The Construction Contractor. The Pdps Will Be Implemented Only In The Scope For The Infrastructure Of Public Operators - See Specification Of The Scope Of The Work In Article 4.2 Of The Special Technical Conditions. D) Performance Of The Supervision Of The Designer During The Construction Of The Pdps And During The Execution Of The Construction, Only In The Scope For The Infrastructure Of Public Operators - See Specification Of The Scope Of The Work In Article 4.2 Of The Special Technical Conditions. E) Completion Of The Construction To The Extent According To The Approved Pdps And In Accordance With The Valid Project Permit (Construction Permit).
