Gas Supply Mains Construction Work – Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective - Establishment Of A Natural Gas Distribution System In The Communications Of Mănăstrea, Chiselet, Spantov, Calărași County. The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Establishment Of A Natural Gas Distribution System In The Communes Of Mânăstirea, Chiselet And Spanțov, Călărași County, In Accordance With Technical Project No. 8/2025 - P.T.-D.E. Phase, Specifications, Construction Authorization And The Other Technical Documents That Make Up The Award Documentation. The Works Include The Construction Of A New Distribution Network Of Of Natural Gas With A Total Length Of Approximately 37,320 M, The Construction Of The Connection Pipeline To The Existing Distribution System, The Execution Of The Regulation-Measuring-Transmission Station - Srmp, As Well As All The Works, Checks, Technological Tests, Reception Operations And Activities Necessary To Put The System Into Operation. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Territory Of The Communes Of Mănăstirea, Chiselet And Spanțov, Călărași County, As Well As On The Sites Related To The Investment, Namely The Connection Section To The Existing Distribution System Located On The Territory Of Oltenita, The Location Of The Regulation-Measuring-Delivery Station And The Transit Section Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Călărași. The Investment Aims To Ensure Access To The Natural Gas Distribution Network For Approximately 988 Households. The Purpose Of The Contract Is Exclusively The Execution Of The Works, Without Including Development, Updating Or Verification Services Of The Technical Project, This Being Carried Out Prior To The Initiation Of The Procedure. The Duration Of Execution Is 36 Months, Calculated From The Start Date Established In The Terms Of The Contract. The Guarantee Period Of The Works Is 36 Months From The Date Of Commissioning. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is 29,264,192 Lei Without Vat To All The Activities And Requirements Stipulated By The Specification And Is Established On The Basis Of The General Estimate At The P.Th Design Phase. The Estimated Amount Does Not Include Provisioned Amounts/Reserves For Implementation, So There Is No Overlap Between The Amounts Provided And The Various And Unforeseen Expenses. At The Project Level, An Amount Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses Is Provided In The Amount Of 200,000 Lei Without Vat, Highlighted Separately In The General Estimate And Not Included In The Estimated Value Declared For The Execution Contract That Is The Subject Of This Procedure. The Deadline In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information Is 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates: 18 Days.
