The Contractor Must Contribute To The Successful Certification. The Contractor Must Comply With The Relevant Requirements Regarding Low Waste, Low Noise, Low Dust Levels As Well As The Requirements Of The Federal Soil Protection And Contaminated Site Ordinance During Construction.
