The Subject Of This Tender Is The Quality Assurance Support Of The Construction Project To Ensure Smooth, Energy-Efficient And Intended Building Operation. The Implementation Is Carried Out Strictly In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Working Group Of State And Local Administrations: Amev 170 (Commissioning Management - Ibm) As An Organizational Framework. Amev 178 (Technical Monitoring - Tmon) As A Technical Testing Tool. The Aim Is To Transparently Demonstrate The Contractually Agreed Performance Properties Of The Technical Building Equipment As Well As The Energy Target Values Of The Building Energy Act (Geg), And To Identify And Correct Any Regulation Deficiencies At An Early Stage Minimize Operating Costs Permanently.
