Electricity – Keravan Energia Oy And Sipoon Energia Oy Grid Operators Supply Of Lost Electricity 2027-2029. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Open Physical Delivery Of The Waste Electricity Of Keravan Energia Oy And Sipoon Energia Oys Electricity Network. The Amount Of Lost Electricity Is Based On The Hourly Series Of Lost Electricity Measured By The Network Operator (Attached Series Of Lost Electricity). The Subscribers Annual Volume Of Lost Electricity Is Approximately 17 Gwh. The Contract For The Purchase Of Waste Electricity Is Made For A Fixed Period Of Time For The Delivery Period 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2029. The Contract Is Concluded For Both Network Operators Separately. The Offer Price Is Given As A Fixed Total Price (Average Price) For The Entire Delivery Period, Including The Average Price Of The System Annual Products (Nsby-27, Nsby-28 And Nsby-29) Quoted On The Euronext Nord Pool Power Futures Market (Nsby-27, Nsby-28 And Nsby-29), The Corresponding Average Price Of Regional Price Difference Products (Hlby-27, Hlby-28 And Hlby-29) And The Margin. The Margin Includes All The Providers Costs, E.G. Profile, Forecast, Trading, Payment Time Costs, Datahub Fees, The Bidders Administrative Costs And Fingrid Oys Production And Consumption Volume Fee (At The Time Of The Bid) And The Bidders Margin. If Fingrid Oys Production And Consumption Volume Fee Changes (Increases Or Decreases), This Will Be Taken Into Account According To Its Effects. The Offer Price Is Given According To The Closing Prices Of Wednesday 9 September 2026. The Total Price Must Be Given Without Value Added Tax (Vat 0%) In The Form Eur/Mwh. There Must Not Be A Fixed Monthly Payment (Eur/Month). The Tender Price Is Based On The List Of Power Losses Per Network Operator Attached To This Request For Tender. The Final Contract Price Is Determined At The Market Price Level At The Time Of The Contract. Price Binding Must Be Stated In The Offer. According To Legal Practice, The Procurement Of Waste Electricity Is A Question Of The Procurement Of Energy Related To Energy Supply As Referred To In Section 6 Subsection 6 Of The Procurement Act For Special Sectors, And It Therefore Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Procurement Act For Special Sectors Or The Procurement Act. However, According To Section 23 Of The Electricity Market Act, The Network Operator Must Acquire The Waste Energy Of Its Electricity Network In Accordance With Open, Non-Discriminatory And Market-Based Procedures. In Order To Fulfill The Aforementioned Requirements According To The Electricity Market Act, The Procurement Entity Publishes A Public Procurement Notice About The Procurement.
