In The Audit, The Recommendation Maintained By The Finnish Auditor Generals Association Good Auditing Practice In Public Administration Must Be Followed. The Service Provided Must Meet The Requirements That Are Based On The Law In Force During The Contract Period Or The Decree Or Official Order Issued Pursuant To It And Which Are In Force At The Time The Contract Is Concluded Or Which Were Published At That Time And Stipulated To Come Into Force During The Contract Period. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Statutory Audit Of The Administration And Finances Of The City Of Kajaani For The Fiscal Years 2027–2030 And Options For 1+1 Years. The Procurement Includes The Following Inspection Entities: 1) Base City And Business Establishments The Estimated Number Of Inspection Days Is A Total Of 65 Days/Year. 2) Subsidiaries The Estimated Number Of Inspection Days Is A Total Of 47 Days/Year. 3) Projects (Including Eu Projects) The Estimated Number Of Inspection Days Is 3 Days/Year. 4) Kajaani University Of Applied Sciences Oy (Kamk) Project Inspections Use An Estimated 6–8 Days/Year. The Customer Can Also Acquire Other Expert Services Within The Limits Allowed By The Procurement Act.
