The Object Of The Procurement Is The Provision Of A Regional Home Care Service In The Sahanmäki, Mustamännistö And Ahdenkallio Areas Of The City Of Hyvinkää, Which Is Part Of The Welfare Region Of Central Uusimaa. The Home Care Area As A Whole Is Called The Ahdenkallio Area And It Is Presented In More Detail In Appendix 1.1 Home Care Area. Based On The Procurement, One (1) Service Provider Will Be Selected To Provide The Services To The Clients Of The Home Care Area With Overall Responsibility. The Procurement Unit Can Also Choose One (1) Alternate Supplier For The Area. Home Care Means Home Care According To § 19A Of The Social Care Act (1301/2014). The Implementation Of The Customers Service Is Based On The Customers Customer-Specific Decision And Customer Plan. The Service Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Regulations Of Lower-Level Authorities. The Service Must Also Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Valid Instructions For The Subscribers Home Care. The Customers Of Home Care Are Municipal Residents Of Different Ages, But As A Rule, The Service Is Aimed At Elderly People Who Need Regular Care, Care And Medical Assistance To Support Their Survival At Home.
