The Contract Concerns A Project Management Assistance Mission For The Architectural, Technical, Functional And, Where Applicable, Scenographic Programming Relating To The Site Of The King Khaled Palace In Riyadh, Including The Palace, Its Gardens And The Adjoining Mosque, With A View To The Reuse Of The Site. This Mission Covers Architectural, Functional, Technical And Regulatory, Museographic And Scenographic (If Applicable) And Economic Areas. The Program Must Make It Possible To Describe The Technical Objectives To Be Achieved Taking Into Account The Operating Constraints Of The Site And To Identify All The Work To Be Carried Out To Meet These Objectives. The Mission Is Divided Into A Firm Phase And An Optional Phase: > Firm Phase: O Phase 1: Assessment Of The Current Situation O Phase 2: Assistance In The Emergence Of The Idea / Feasibility / Pre-Program O Phase 3: Development Of The Detailed Technical, Functional And Environmental Program > Optional Phase: In-Depth Study Of The Scenographic And Museographic Component The Contract Is A Composite Contract Comprising: - A Part Treated At Fixed Prices In Accordance With The Dpgf And Corresponding To The Services Whose Execution Is Committed Upon Notification Of The Market Or Upon Strengthening Of The Optional Tranche. - A Share Of Orders Processed At Unit Prices In Accordance With The Bpu And Taking The Form Of A Framework Agreement, For Services Which Will Be The Subject Of A Subsequent Order Depending On The Needs Of The Oppic (Additional Services And As Well As Travel To Saudi Arabia). The Execution Of Services Relating To The Order Portion Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders As Oppics Needs Arise. The Order Portion Is Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With No Minimum And A Maximum Amount Set At €50,000 Excluding Tax.
