The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Study Entitled: Evaluation Of The Effects Of Feng Support On Digitalization And Greening And The Development Of Competences Of Enterprise Employees. The Main Goal Of The Evaluation Is To Assess The Effectiveness, Efficiency, Usefulness And Durability Of Feng Support In The Areas Of Digitalization, Greening Of Enterprises And The Development Of Employee Competences (Czk), With Particular Emphasis On The Effects Of Enterprise Transformation And The Connections Between Digital And Green Transformation. The Study Also Aims To Develop Recommendations For Further Targeting Of Support Under Feng And Future Public Interventions. This Evaluation, In Accordance With The Feng Evaluation Plan, Is A Key And Horizontal Study Carried Out By Paed On Behalf Of The Managing Authority.
