The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Sidewalks, Pedestrian Paths And Municipal Parking Lots. 2. The Scope Of Services Includes: 1) Streets Of The 1St Order Of Winter Maintenance - In Accordance With The List According To Annex No. 1 To The Template Agreement, 2) Streets Of The 2Nd Order Of Winter Maintenance - In Accordance With The List According To Annex No. 2 To The Template Agreement, 3) Streets Of The 3Rd Order Of Winter Maintenance - In Accordance With The List According To Annex No. 3 To The Template Agreement, 4) Streets Of The 4Th Order Of Winter Maintenance - In Accordance With The List According To Annex No. 4 To The Template Agreement, 5) Sidewalks For Snow Removal And Sprinkling, Sidewalks For Sprinkling Sand (Green Areas), Parking Lots For Snow Removal And Sprinkling, In Accordance With The List In Accordance With Appendix No. 5 To The Agreement Template, 6) Purchase, Assembly And Disassembly, Ongoing Maintenance And Storage Of Snow Curtains In Accordance With The List In Accordance With Appendix No. 6 To The Agreement Template, 7) Setup And Operation Of Braziers - 8 Pcs. In Accordance With With The List According To Annex 7 To The Contract Template. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Trucks Indicated For The Execution Of The Order With A Gvw Above 3.5 T, Meeting The Requirements For Exhaust Emission Standards Of At Least Euro 5 And At Least Euro 6 If Such Vehicles Are Declared In The Offer. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template With Annexes Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.
