Providing Perpetual And Non-Exclusive Licenses For The System And All Its Functionalities, Without A Limit On User Positions; 3) Configuration And Implementation Of The System; 4) Analysis, Preparation And Migration Of Data From The Currently Used System By The Judicial Units Indicated By The Ordering Party; 5) Verify Data Quality And Prepare Data For Production Migration; 6) Launching The System In The Ordering Partys Environment; 7) Conduct Necessary Training For System Users; 8) Ensuring Guarantees And Maintaining The System In The Form Of Post-Implementation Support; 9) Providing The Systems Operational Documentation In Electronic Form Enabling Full-Text Search Of The Content; 10) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation Of The System, Including In Particular Information Regarding The Implemented System Configuration, Work Performed, Data Migration And Elements Necessary For Its Proper Operation And Maintenance, To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
