The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Of The Contract Engineer, Hereinafter Referred To As Ik, For The Implementation Of The Indicated Investment, Including Management And Coordination Of The Implementation Of The Construction Works Contract, Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision, Quality Control, Scope, Timeliness And Settlements, Management Of Changes And Claims, Coordination Of Acceptance, Trials, Tests And Commissioning, And Support For The Ordering Party Until The Completion And Settlement Of The Investment. 3.2. Wrb Should Be Understood As The Construction Contractor Selected In The Pt.2370.1.2026 Procedure. Engr. Acts In The Interest Of The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Of The Powers Granted To Him, Without Taking Over The Duties Or Responsibilities Of The Wrb, The Construction Manager, Works Managers, The Designer, The Authors Supervision Or The Ordering Party. 3.3. Investor Supervision Inspectors Perform The Duties And Exercise The Powers Arising From The Construction Law, And The Contractual Scope Of The Ik Supplements These Duties With Organizational, Control, Settlement, Reporting And Acceptance Activities Indicated In This Opz. 3.4. Making Material And Financial Settlements Of The Task - Controlling, Verifying And Presenting Recommendations To The Ordering Party; C. Reporting On The Implementation Of The Project By Preparing Reports (Monthly, Final - Regarding The Material And Financial Scope); D. Performing Verification Tests. 3.5.
