Teaching Equipment - Delivery Of Teaching Aids For Dance And Movement Classes As Part Of The Project Entitled New Quality Of Preschool Education In The Kraśnik Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Teaching Aids For Dance And Movement Classes As Part Of The Project Entitled New Quality Of Pre-School Education In The Kraśnik Commune. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled New Quality Of Pre-School Education In The Kraśnik Commune, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lublin 2021-2027 Program, Measure 10.2 Pre-School Education, Priority X Better Education. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Purchase Of Teaching Aids For Dance And Movement Classes And Their Delivery To Individual Kindergartens In The City Of Kraśnik. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Including A List Of Kindergartens To Which Individual Teaching Aids Should Be Provided) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Teaching Aids Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use And Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law. The Ordering Party Excludes Post-Exhibition Delivery. Teaching Aids Must Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use - In Polish (If Applicable), As Well As Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In Poland. 6. The Teaching Aids Provided Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. 7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Claims, Cannot Be The Subject Of A Pledge, Tax Lien, Seizure In Enforcement Proceedings, And No Other Action May Be Taken Against It That Could Result In Any Third-Party Claims. 8. Teaching Aids Must Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have The Ce Marking - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, And Must Be Approved For Use By Children From 3 Years Of Age. 9. Before Starting The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, For Approval, With Information Regarding The Offered Teaching Aids (Manufacturer, Model, Technical Description/Technical Data Sheet, Legally Required Certificates, Approvals, Etc. (If Required)). The Ordering Party Will Accept The Teaching Aids For Delivery Or Provide Comments Within 5 Days. The Contractor May Proceed To Deliver The Subject Of The Order After Receiving The Approval Of The Ordering Party. 10. The Contractor, At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Dates And Expected Hours Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. 11. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - - Friday, At Times Agreed Each Time With The Representative Of The Ordering Party. 12. The Order Also Includes Any Tests Delivered
