The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Tasks. Task No. 2 Includes The Provision Of Transport Services As A Subcontractor Of The Public Transport Operator In Poviat-Municipal Passenger Transport On Bus Communication Lines Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Section 1 Point 5 Letter And On Lines 781, 782, 783 (Attachment No. 13); 3.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That This Order Is A Canceled Part Of A Larger Order. Further Division Of The Order Into Parts Is Inadvisable For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons. 3.4. The Estimated Number Of Vehicle-Kilometers For The Order To Be Performed During The Basic Period Of The Agreement (The Estimates Are Based On The Assumption That Transport Will Take Place In Accordance With Timetables, And The Indicated Amounts Do Not Include Arrivals And Departures From The Line) At The Commencement Of This Procedure Is 348,618 Km (In Words: Three Hundred And Forty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred And Eighteen Kilometers) In The Basic Period Of The Agreement. 3.5 In Particular, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Change In The Frequency Of Service, The Number Of Trips Of Individual Communication Lines Or Modifications To The List Of Communication Lines Indicated In Annex No. 13 To The Swz (Removal Or Addition Of Communication Lines). The Introduced Modifications May Result In A Reduction Or Increase In Transport Performance (Number Of Vehicle Kilometers) By A Maximum Of 30% (In Words: Thirty) Percent In Relation To The Estimated Number Of Vehicle Kilometers To Be Performed During The Basic Period Of The Agreement. 3.6. General Information Regarding The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Public Utility Transport Services As Part Of Public Collective Transport In Poviat-Municipal Passenger Transport Within The Administrative Boundaries Of Poviats And Communes That Are Participants Of The Poviat-Municipal Association Wielkopolski Transport Regionalny On Bus Communication Lines Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Section 1 Point 5 Letter A Of The Act On Public Collective Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As Transport Or Service). 2) The Organizer Ensuring The Operation Of Public Transport In The Area Covering The Subject Of The Order Is The District-Municipal Association Wielkopolski Transport Regionalny.
