A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Floor Plan Of The Rooms, And Photographic Documentation Constituting Attachments To The Swz.3. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations.4. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Use Of Labels In The Design Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain A Label Or An Equivalent Label Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. Use Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or Test Reports In The Design Documentation Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Of Compliance With The Requirements Or Characteristics Specified In The Description
