Interested and capable firms are invited to attend a mandatory site visit and submit a quotation. Site Visit Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Assembly Point: Main Gate / CAC One, U.S. Embassy, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, CBD, Abuja To attend, submit the name, position, and photo ID number of each representative to [email protected] by close of business August 23, 2026. Facility and Scope Description The Staff Parking Garage is a four-level structure of suspended slabs with capacity for approximately 500 vehicles and an area of approximately 3,800 m² per floor. The south façade exhibits delamination and cracking in several locations, primarily along structural reveal lines, with evidence of water seepage through some cracks. The objective is to restore the structural integrity of the façade, prevent moisture ingress, halt progressive deterioration, and reinstate finishes to match existing surfaces. Exact crack extent, delamination zones, and quantities will be verified at the site visit. Offerors are responsible for verifying all dimensions, material quantities, and existing conditions prior to submitting a quotation.
