The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Periodic Supply Of New, Unused, Non-Recycled Consumables For Printers And Multi-Functional Devices For The Needs Of Gdzsobt. The Types And Characteristics Of The Items For The Supply Of Consumables For Printers And Multifunction Devices Required At The Time Of The Opening Of The Public Procurement Are Defined In The List Of Articles, An Integral Part Of The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) To The Public Procurement. The Procedure Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 In Connection With Art. 104, Para. 3 Of The Civil Code And Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, In Which The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Examining The Documents Related To The Personal Situation And The Selection Criteria. The Actual Quantities Of Toner Cartridges Requested For Delivery Will Be Determined According To The Purchasers Consumption Until The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Is Reached. Individual Deliveries Will Be Made Within 10 (Ten) Days, Starting From The Day Following The Day Of Receipt Of The Request. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Accept And Pay Only The Quantities That It Has Requested And That Have Been Delivered Within The Terms And Under The Terms Of The Contract. The Contract For Public Procurement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Financial Limit Is Exhausted, In The Amount Up To The Financial Resource Determined By The Contracting Authority.
