The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Complex Of Activities Related To Ensuring The Passability Of Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Malko Tarnovo And A Section Of The Republican Road Network Within The Borders Of The Town Of Malko Tarnovo In Winter Conditions And Removing Or Limiting The Adverse Impact Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions In 2026-2027. The Total Length Of Roads For Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Is 80,858 Km, Distributed As Follows: 1. The Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of The Municipal Road Network On The Territory Of Malko Tarnovo Municipality Is 80,100 Km Long. 2. Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of A Section Of Republican Roads Within The Borders Of Malko Tarnovo: Road- I Class, E-87 From Km 317 +978 To Km 318 +736 - With A Total Length Of -0.758 Km The Municipality Is In A Mountainous Area And There Is A Danger Of Snow And Ice On Almost All Of Its Roads. The Execution Of The Activities Should Be In Accordance With The Difficult Traffic Conditions - Curves With Small Radii, Sections With Large Slopes, Road Sections Near Rivers And Reservoirs, Road Intersections And Those With The Risk Of Snow Drifts And Icing.
