This Public Procurement Is Awarded With The Aim Of Timely And Uninterrupted Provision Of Car Tires And The Related Activities Necessary For The Normal Operation Of The Contracting Partys Car Fleet. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of New (Non-Regenerated) And Regenerated External Radial Tubeless Car Tires, Dismantling Of The Old Tires, Installation And Balance Of The Delivered Tires, As Well As, If Necessary And After The Explicit Request Of The Employer - Adjustment Of The Front Axle, Carried Out In A Base/Service Provided By The Contractor. Deliveries Are Made Periodically, In Batches, After A Prior Request From The Contracting Authority, In Quantities And Sizes According To Its Current Needs. Estimated Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Represent An Obligation For The Employer For Their Full Utilization. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, According To Its Real Needs And Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached, To Request Larger Or Smaller Quantities Of An Individual Size, To Increase The Quantity Of One Item At The Expense Of Another, Not To Request A Part Of The Estimated Quantities Or To Reduce The Volume Of Deliveries When The Need Is No Longer Needed.
