Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Installation Works In Connection With The Internal Reconstruction Of A Room In The Building Of The Mental Health Center Prof. Dr. Ivan Temkov - Burgas, According To A Bill Of Quantities, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, As Follows: ➢ Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Performance Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities; ➢ Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
