The Fuel For Heating /Kn Code 27101944 - Gas Oil, With A Sulfur Content Of No More Than 0.001% By Mass/ Must Comply With The Bds And The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, The Order And The Method Of Their Control, Adopted With Pms No. 156 (No. 66/2003) And All Amendments And Additions To It. The Seller Submits A Declaration Of Conformity Of The Quality Of Liquid Fuels With Each Delivery. All Costs For Issuing The Quality Documents Are For The Sellers Account. The End Seller Is Liable For Damages Resulting From Low-Quality Liquid Fuel 80,000 Liters, With The Possibility Of Change +/- 5%, And Its Exact Size Is Determined Based On The Requests Submitted By The Contracting Authority During The Execution Of The Order. Note: The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Calculated On The Basis Of A Past Period, Which Quantities The Buyer Will Absorb According To His Needs And Within His Budget And Up To The Amount Of The Announced Estimated Value Of The Order. The Seller Will Not Be Liable If The Quantities Are Not Absorbed And/Or Purchased In The Specified Volume.
