Periodic Deliveries Of Food Products For The Needs Of Dg Vasil Levski, Karlovo, Including Delivery Of Bread And Bakery Products, Meat And Meat Products, Fish, Eggs, Fruits And Vegetables, Milk And Milk Products, Packaged Food Products And Canned Goods. The Listed Groups Of Food Products Do Not Represent Separate Items. Participants Should Submit Offers For All Types Of Food Products According To The Technical Specification Attached To The Participation Documentation. The Food Products Will Be Delivered In Batches, After A Prior Request From The Contractor. Supplies Of Goods With Genetically Modified Foods Will Not Be Allowed. The Feeding Of The Children Will Be Carried Out By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 07.03.2013 On Healthy Nutrition Of Children Aged 0 To 3 Years In Childcare Facilities And Childrens Kitchens, Ordinance No. 6 Of 10 August 2011 On Healthy Nutrition Of Children Aged 3 To 7 Years In Childcare Facilities And Ordinance No. 2 Of 20.01.2021 On The Specific Requirements For Safety And The Quality Of Food Offered In Childcare Facilities, School Canteens And Retail Outlets On The Territory Of Schools And Childcare Facilities, As Well As Food Offered At Organized Events For Children And Students. When Transporting Food, The Requirements Of Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 (Ob L 139.30.4.2004) And Regulation (Ec) No. 853/2004 On Food Hygiene And Current Bulgarian Legislation Must Be Observed. The Means Of Transport Used For Delivery Should Be Registered Under Art. 246 Paragraph 4 Of The Law On Veterinary Medicine And Article 6 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004. ​​​​​​​
