The Activities Subject To The Order Include: Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Lunch On Working Days, Which Includes - Soup - Minimum 300 Grams, Main Course - Minimum 300 Grams, Bread - Minimum 100 Grams And At Least Once A Week Dessert - Minimum 150 Grams, In Support Of Vulnerable Citizens Who, Due To Poverty, Have Difficulty Providing For Themselves. It Is Necessary To Provide A Varied Weekly Menu That Is Consistent With The Requirement To Contribute To A Balanced Diet. Menus Are Prepared With The Same Weight For The Persons, Observing All The Requirements In The Technical Specification.
