The Courses Are Intended For Adults With Ms, A Rare Neurological Disease Or Essential Tremor And, Depending On The Type Of Course, Their Spouses, Loved Ones Or Families. Required Facilities And Services. Minimum Requirements Have Been Set For The Services Based On The Needs Of The Participants. Participants May Have Functional Limitations And Symptoms Caused By The Disease, Such As Impaired Mobility And Functional Ability, Unusual Fatigue, Difficulties Related To Vision Or Visual Perception, And Problems With Bladder And Bowel Function. The Services And Facilities Must Be Suitable For The Needs Of The Target Group. The Common Minimum Requirements For All Courses And The Additional Requirements For Each Course Type Are Defined In The Appendices Of The Request For Tenders. Neuroliitos Course Workers Are Responsible For Planning And Implementing The Course Content At The Course Locations. If Necessary, Additional Services Offered By The Course Location, Which Can Be Purchased Separately, Can Also Be Used In The Implementation Of The Courses. The Procurement Has Been Divided Into Sub-Units Based On The Implementation Date Of The Courses And The Implementation Area. Each Course Forms Its Own Sub-Entity.
