It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To The Direct Commercial Negotiations. The Agreement Will Be For An Initial Term Of One (1) Year. After The Initial Term, The City Will Have An Option To Renew The Agreement In Two (2) Year Terms, Up To An Additional Four (4) Years, For A Potential Total Term Of Five (5) Years.
