The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 3243D Dańczów-Gołaczów, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Drawing Documentation And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.1.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Measurement And Security Works As Well As The Organization And Liquidation Of Construction Facilities; 2) Introduction, Maintenance And Liquidation Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works; 3) Performance Of Demolition Works, Including The Demolition Of Existing Culverts, Surface Elements, Sidewalks, Curbs And Existing Elements Of Equipment For Bridge Structures; 4) Execution Of Earthworks, Preparation Of The Ground And Construction Of The Necessary Embankments And Foundations; 5) Execution And Reconstruction Of Culverts, Drainage Devices And Stormwater Drainage Elements, Including Sewage Wells And Sewers;6) Construction Of Road Widening And Surface Structures Along With Laying Bituminous Layers;7) Construction, Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of Individual And Public Exits;8) Construction And Reconstruction Of Roadsides, Sewage And Other Surface Drainage Elements;9) Performance Of Works Related To Existing Bridge Structures, Including Construction Of Sidewalks, Curbs, Epoxy Resin Surfaces, Renovation And Painting Of Existing Handrails And Execution Of Additional Safety Elements, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 10) Execution And Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices, Including Protective Barriers And Handrails; 11) Execution Of Vertical Markings And Other Traffic Management Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation; 12) Execution Of Finishing, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works, Including Tidying Up The Investment Area And Adjacent Areas; 13) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Tests, Measurements And Acceptance And As-Built Documentation; 14) Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution, Completion And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector; 2) Provide Geodetic Services For The Works, Including The Performance Of Necessary Measurements And Geodetic Documentation Required By Law; 3) Secure And Properly Mark The Construction Site Throughout The Period Implementation Of The Works;4) Ensuring Road Traffic Safety And The Safety Of Persons And Property During The Works;5) Ensuring, To The Extent Resulting From The Technology Of The Works, The Possibility Of Access To And Access To Properties Adjacent To The Investment Area;6) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Limits Disruptions To Road Users To The Minimum Necessary;7) Ensuring The
