The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of A Reserve Water Source (Oligocene Water Intake) Consisting Of Launching The Existing Oligocene Water Intake, Confirming The Sources Efficiency, Rinsing The Deposit, Replacing Water Treatment Filters And Designing And Connecting The Source With The Nigrir Water Supply Network In Order To Use The Source As A Reserve Water Source For Nigrir Using The Existing Technical And Building Infrastructure. The Effect Of The Implementation Of The Project Is To Ensure The Supply Of Water To The Nigrir Water Supply Network In The Appropriate Quantity And At The Appropriate Pressure, With A Quality Consistent With Applicable Regulations.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 1) Development Of Design Documentation In The Form Of Plans, Drawings Or Other Documents Enabling A Clear Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Works Or (If Required To Perform The Subject Of The Order) Designs, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations; 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
