The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of Preparing Complete Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Providing Authors Supervision And Carrying Out Construction Works For The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse For The Needs Of Civil Defense In The Design And Build System, I.E. Design And Then Execution Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Permits, Decisions As Required By Law, As Well As All Construction And Assembly Works Regarding. Works Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Those Not Listed, But Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Notification Of Completion Of Works (If Required By Applicable Construction Law). The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Warehouse Building Intended For Storing Materials And Equipment As Part Of The Communes Logistical Security In The Event Of Crisis Situations. The Warehouse Will Serve As The Logistics Center Of The Dłutów Commune As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of A Construction Design And Obtaining The Following Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits; 2) Preparation Of A Technical Design In The Standard Of An Executive Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For All Industries Involved; 3) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Above Designs And Technical Specifications.3. Requirements For The Development Of Design Documentation In The Following Industries: 1) General Construction Industry (Architecture, Construction, Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations); 2) Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Technical Infrastructure - If The Design Solutions Require It. 4. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Dłutów, Ul. Główna 71, 95-081 Dłutów, Plot No. 32/5, Dłutów Pgr.5 District. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 9 To The Swz. The Fup For This Swz Is Used To Determine The Planned Costs Of Design And Construction Works And The Correct Preparation Of The Offer.
