The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Task: Hardening Of Streets And Sidewalks In The City Of Tomaszów Mazowiecki.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In Hardening Sections Of The Street With Multi-Hole Slabs Of The Jomb Type. Torowa In Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Area To Be Hardened – 2,287.50 M². The Task Will Be Implemented On Parts Of Plots No. 236 Rev. 17, 291, 286/8, 292/1 Rev. 15. 4. The Scope Of Basic Works Includes: 1) Surveying Services. 2) Draining, Compaction And Profiling Of The Subsoil, And Removal Of Excavated Material. 3) Construction Of A Foundation Made Of Crushed Aggregate Or Construction Aggregate With A Thickness Of 15 Cm. 4) Construction And Compaction Of Drainage Layers Thick. 10 Cm.5) Laying The Surface With Yomb Road Slabs 100X75x12.5 Filled With Fine Washed Gravel Or Sand.6) Hardening The Entrances And Bays With Aggregate.7) Adjusting The Height Of Sewage Wells And Water Supply Valves Along With Hardening The Manholes With Paving Stones.8) Grading, Covering The Roadsides With Their Preliminary Compaction.9) Performing An As-Built Inventory.5. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In The Outlay Cost Estimate - Part Iii Swz.6. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An Offer Cost Estimate Prepared In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Bill Of Quantities.7. Before Commencing Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Owners Of Adjacent Properties About The Planned Commencement Of Works No Later Than 3 Days Before The Commencement Of The Works.8. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account The Work And Costs Necessary To Perform The Task, Including: 1) Measurement/Surveying Work In The Scope Of Determining The Route Of Road Lanes, Without Violating The Private Ownership Of Adjacent Plots; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Documents Confirming The Correctness Of The Works Performed; 3) Arrangement, Maintenance And Security Of The Construction Site Together With The Construction Facilities; 4) Costs Of Supplying And Using Energy And Water And Other Necessary Utilities For The Technological Needs, Facilities And The Construction Site; 5) Maintenance In Proper Order Of Access Roads To The Construction Site, With Particular Emphasis On Maintaining Cleanliness In Sections Related To Construction Transport (Including Preventing Mud From Being Carried Away On The Wheels Of Cars Leaving The Construction Site);6) Ensuring Supervision As Well As Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions;7) Possible Costs Related To Switching Off Electricity And Other Utilities;8) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Handing Over The Tidied-Up Area To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Acceptance;9) Removal From The Construction Site At The Contractors Expense With Special Attention
