The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And/Or Expansion Of Two Buildings Of Primary School No. 4 In Płońsk, In Order To Adapt Them To The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, In Particular Regulations Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Mode In Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Design: Includes The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining Final Decision On The Building Permit.2) Stage Ii - Build: Includes The Implementation Of Construction Works, Based On The Obtained Building Permit Decision And Approved Design Documentation. Stage I - Design Within Stage I, The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include: 1) Preparing A Concept, 2) Preparing Design Documentation Based On Functional And Utility Programs, 3) Preparing A Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, 5) Ensuring Authors Supervision, 6) Obtaining All Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required To Implement The Designed Project, 7) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Construction Permit. Stage Ii - Build Within The Build Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Carry Out Construction Works In Accordance With: A) Approved Design Documentation, B) Obtained Decision On Building Permit, C) Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Indicated In The Tender Documentation.3.2. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Design Work Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In Annexes No. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 To The Swz.3.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In These Proceedings Contains Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Are Only Of An Exemplary Nature And Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That Materials And Devices Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. It Should Be Assumed That They Constitute Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. If The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Manner Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions And Indicates In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Parameters Important From The Point Of View Of Assessing Equivalence. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Materials And Equipment He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
