1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Modular School Along With Land Development. The Resulting Building Will Be Subject To Lease.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design And Implementation Documentation Together With Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Decisions, 2) Execution Of Construction Works, Including: A) Development Of The Area, B) Execution Of Connections Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Water And Sewage, Energy, Heating And Telecommunications Networks, C) Construction Of Foundations, D) Land Development, 3) Construction And Assembly Of A Modular Building In A Steel Structure, Based On A Design Approved By The Ordering Party, Equipped With The Necessary Internal Installations And Equipment Of The Building, In Accordance With The Fup, Subject To Design Solutions Regarding The Roof Structure - The Ordering Party Requires The Design And Construction Of A Flat Roof And A Facade Made Of Sandwich Panels (Without Plaster). 4) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, 5) Renting The Building For A Period Of 48 Months.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Swz And Pfu.
