1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Main Entrance To The Building Of The Health Care Complex In Końskie And The Modernization Of The External Ramp Intended For People With Disabilities, Including People In Wheelchairs. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Improving The Availability Of Aos In The Health Care Complex In Końskie By Eliminating Architectural Barriers And Retrofitting The Facility. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Securing And Marking The Work Area; 2) Carrying Out Preparatory And Demolition Works; 3) Demolition Of The Existing Entrance Stairs And External R 4) Dismantling Existing Handrails; 5) Execution Of Earthworks, Preparation And Stabilization Of The Subsoil And Construction Of The Foundation; 6) Construction Of New Entrance Stairs From Prefabricated Concrete Elements; 7) Construction Of A New Ramp Ensuring Safe And Functional Access To The Building For People With Disabilities; 8) Delivery And Installation Of New Handrails And Balustrades; 9) Installation Of Windows Located Under The Stairs And Within The Ramp - To The Extent Resulting From The Adopted Technical Solutions; 10) Dismantling, Securing, Relocating, Reassembling, Connecting And Starting The External Air Conditioner Unit; 11) Installation Or Adjustment Of Lighting In The Entrance Area And Access To The R 12) Delivery And Installation Of A Call Button For People With Limited Mobility; 13) Making Contrast Markings And Warning Invoices; 14) Carrying Out The Necessary Finishing, Installation And Cleaning Works; 15) Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of Works; 16) Performance Of All Works, Deliveries And Accompanying Activities Necessary For The Complete, Correct And Safe Performance Of The Subject Of The Order And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party Ready For Use. 4. The Detailed Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
