Tenders Are Invited For Proceedings To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Successive Provision Of Scaffolding Assembly Services To The Ordering Party At The Waste Thermal Processing Plant In Krakow

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Define The Conditions For The Award And Implementation Of Public Contracts For The Successive Provision Of Delivery, Assembly And Dismantling Services Of Scaffolding To The Ordering Party (Hereinafter: Subject Of The Agreement) At The Thermal Waste Processing Plant In Krakow.2. The Ordering Party Will Commission Scaffolding Assembly Services In Accordance With Actual Needs. The Scope Of Work Specified In The Procedure Documentation Is Estimated And Serves Only To Estimate The Value Of The Order And Prepare The Offer. The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Is Not Obliged To Order The Full Estimated Scope Of Work, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.3. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Contractor. The Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Executive Orders Placed Successively By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Its Current Needs. Each Executive Order Will Specify The Scope Of Scaffolding/Scaffolding Assembly Services, The Place Of Their Execution And The Deadline For Completion.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Swz And The Unit Price Form, And The Method Of Implementation Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Framework Agreement (Including Annexes).5. The Framework Agreement Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within 24 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion Or Until The Amount Allocated For Its Implementation Is Exhausted - Whichever Occurs First.
