The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Masonry And Plastering, Flooring, Flooring And Cladding Works, Carpentry And Painting, 2) Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 3) Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation To The Extent Specified In § 4 Point 16) Of The Contract (Template Of The Contract, Annex No. 8 To Swz).3. Characteristics Of The Premises:Residential Premises No. 7/9 At Ul. Miła 11 The Premises Are Located On The First Floor Of A Two-Story Building With An Attic And No Basement. The Building Is Built Using The Traditional Method Of Burnt Brick. Wooden Ceilings, Wooden Roof Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Building Is Managed By The Municipal Housing Authority In Radom. The Premises Consist Of Two Rooms, A Kitchen And A Bathroom - Equipped With Stove Heating. Usable Area - 41.51 M². 4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In The Contract Template (Contract Template - Annex No. 8 To The Swz), Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9A To The Swz), And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
