The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation With Decisions Authorizing The Performance Of Construction Works Together With A Complete Set Of Formal And Legal Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, As Well As The Execution Of Construction Works.2. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Annexes - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months. Note! Offers Containing A Quality Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Contract Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of Swz.4.
